So excited to be sharing that Đào of and I will be hosting a Masterclass together on Sunday, January 7th at 11:30 am. If you don’t know Đào…she is magic in human form. Trust me, this will be special.

Embark on a journey of tranquility and rejuvenation with Salma El-Ansary Pinchin, lululemon Ambassador and teacher at APPI Wimbledon and Đào from Chan Tri Wellness.

This 90 minute masterclass will feature a combination of Yang Yin yoga with Salma and powerful meditation techniques with Đào. Experience the healing power of mantras and immerse yourself in a unique experience as Tibetan singing bowls are placed directly onto your body, and be bathed in the rejuvenating sounds of the gong. Let Salma and Đào guide you to a positive start for a fulfilling year ahead. Join us for a session of serenity and self-discovery.

Flow into Winter Workshop:

Honoured and proud to be hosting this workshop as a partnership with my beautiful friend Joely. We look forward to guiding you in embracing the change of seasons. As the days get shorter and darker, there’s sometimes a sense of dread around winter and all it brings, so we are creating this to help remind you that there is such beauty in the change of seasons. As someone who lived in a country that was always ‘summer’ for a decade, this resonates with me so much and I’m so excited to guide the yoga and meditation with sound healing in this workshop. Joely will guide us through breath work and journaling. The combination of those four things will hopefully leave us all happy, grounded and inspired.

It’s in a small and gorgeous studio Wimbledon so spaces are very limited.

Our beauties will be supporting and that’s always such a gift and an amazing bonus.

Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga class to celebrate Mental Health Awareness month on October 8th at 11:30 am Wimbledon ♥️

So excited to be teaching this class alongside stunning LIVE music by my gorgeous friend

All proceeds are to be donated to - the UK’s leading eating disorder charity.

This class will be supported by my beautiful and generous friends and it’s already nearly fully booked.

BABY YOGA & MASSAGE FUSION CLASSES - starting Thursday, September 28th at 11 am.

Some benefits for baby; better sleep, sooth teething symptoms, better digestion…it just chills them out so much and the loveliest thing you can do together. We will have some soothing music going and very soothing sensory play. You’ll thank me when your baby gives you a a two hour nap after class 😀

Come and meet the most amazing community, move your body and shake the worries away. Its the best thing you can do for you and your baby (whether they’re still inside or earth side).

Here we go again!

I’ve been really quiet on here and busy with many other things, including two babies, work work work, and lots of great opportunities. I am so ready to restart our lovely Baby Yoga and Massage classes so please get in touch. Spaces are very limited and I’ll be hosting these classes in my favourite place in the world; my very own small studio. If you’ve seen it, you know it’s a special space and I’ve put a lot of effort into making it extra calming, bright and joyful. I can’t wait to welcome you ♥️

This is for babies 6 weeks + and classes are 40 minutes long. Any longer is too long for babies from experience 😘

Can’t wait to guide you and hold space for you and your beautiful babies ♥️♥️♥️

The week ♥️
Started with my 11 month old breastfeeding like a newborn and ending with him weaning himself off 🤯😭 I am persevering but I can feel it’s the end (if he’s anything like his sister).
And I turned 40 😱🎂 Here’s to a new decade - blessed, grateful, and unbelievably in shock at how quick the time goes. I swear I just celebrated a 25th birthday?!
A reminder (for me and us) to be present in real life (and less on here) as much as possible because it’s all happening so so fast ♥️🙏🏽

International Day of Yoga, Summer Solstice, Sunshine in London, the stunning Harpist , a STUNNING event in the largest Victorian glasshouse in the world…over 10,000 plants including extinct species (in the wild), plants that are helping with cancer treatments, real bird song and robins fluttering about… pinch me now.
Incredibly honoured, humbled, beyond grateful for this opportunity. Thank you to everyone who attended our IDY celebration this morning at the stunning Temperate House in Kew Gardens. Your presence and beautiful smiles made the nerves subside.
To say that this is a dream come true, a real life manifestation of a very very real desire (to be part of the wonderful community and represent the brand in this way), is an understatement.
A million times, thank you for believing in me.

Are you a Vinyasa fanatic but finding it difficult to do certain postures with fluidity and ease (ummm cue chaturanga!) or are you finding it challenging to maybe progress your practice further?

Are you a Bikram lover who is curious about Vinyasa but need that bit of courage to get into a class?

Or maybe you've been out of the yoga asana game for a while and need that bit of encouragement to get back into

your practice?

Well this little workshop is for you...we'll be breaking down the practice of Vinyasa and we'd LOVE to have you all there. The workshop will be in Studio 2 so it will be catered to a small-ish group to give you specialised one-on-one instruction so book fast as spaces are limited.

As a little incentive, we will be providing freshly brewed Kombucha and vegan protein bars courtesy of our very own Blanca, Owner and Founder of Our Lady of Greens AND we will be giving you each a small voucher to use at Megan's in Wimbledon Village for lunch for after the workshop or whenever you'd like to use it!

What's even better is that our friends at lululemon Richmond will be gifting all attendees a little somethin' somethin' and if all of that is not encouragement enough, we don't know what is.

POSTNATAL YOGA CLASSES (BRING YOUR BABY IF YOU LIKE) starting January 27 at 10 am.
This is a 5-week course and babies are welcome! I have all the bouncers, baby mats and toys to keep your babes entertained. All clean and sterilised every week (if you know me, you know I do this anyway!)
Look forward to welcoming you. Spaces are very limited so get in touch if this is a bit of you.
Please make sure you have the OK from your health practitioner to return back to exercise x
