Dry January is nearly over for me .. as well as having lost 9lb so far in January I have learnt a lot about other benefits as well as weight loss ...
At Slimming World we can still have alcohol but learn about our habits and behavious around it too.
There is always plenty of support with no judgement to members at my groups.
We can help you feel in control and feel your best.

‘Slimming World changed how I felt on the inside and out and gave me the belief I’d been missing my whole life.’ Meet Poppie, who’s lost an incredible 5st 9lbs (35.8kg) and has been named a 2026 Slimming World Icon!

After a tough trip to Disneyland Paris that left her feeling embarrassed, self-conscious and anything but magical, Poppie decided enough was enough.
