Another fantastic medicinal plant, now is the time to harvest the flowers,you can find the Elderberry tree along hedgerows down country lanes,and meadows.
You should never harvest any form of plants,flowers or berries by main roads that you are intending to eat,as they will be contaminated from fumes.
Always forage from the waste up, so the little animals can get them and always make sure you leave enough for the birds and other wildlife 🦋

Both Lemon Balm and Chamomile are safe and gentle herbs, and can be taken by adults and children over the age of 5.

Those with a sensitivity or allergy to plants in the Asteraceae (daisy) family should avoid taking chamomile.

Red Clover (Trufolium pratense)

Red Clover has been used for centuries for various health conditions.
Today, it is often used to help relieve menopausal symptoms particular hot flushes and night sweats, often combined with other vitamins and minerals supplements in menopause as they can enhance each other,especially vitamin B6 and magnesium.
Red Clover is also beneficial for promoting hair and skin health.
