I've had the best birthday 🤩.
Sometimes the simplest are the best.
No make-up, no fancy clothes, no stress... just friends, family, walks, sun, good food, drink, laughter and love 💖.
Oh, and my gifts consisted of an amethyst necklace, amethyst earings, a salt lamp, a crystal sun catcher and an amethyst geode.... I think my friends and family know me well 💎💎💎 🤣!!

Let’s talk about that "January pressure."

Did you start the month with big intentions, only to feel like your momentum has already slowed down? If so, I want to share a gentle reminder: You havem't failed.

If you feel the need to rest right now, you are actually perfectly in sync with the season. Traditional resolutions often ask for too much, too soon, right in the deep heart of winter. ❄️

Nature isn't rushing right now, and neither should we. This season is for conserving energy. As we approach Imbolc, marking the very first, subtle stirrings of Spring, remember that this is a time for tiny, soft steps, not giant leaps. 🌱

2026 holds fantastic energy ✨. Trust your own timing, be kind to yourself, and allow things to unfold naturally.

With Blue Monday approaching, I want to gently flip the script 💙

Instead of focusing on what feels heavy, try leaning into gratitude. Focus on what you do have rather than what you don’t. Even the mundane counts - being alive, having a roof over your head, a warm drink… Gratitude naturally draws positivity back to you, shifting your energy and perspective.

And don’t forget little rewards through the day ✨
Rewards activate the brain’s dopamine pathway, creating feelings of satisfaction and accomplishment, so by the end of the day it may feel lighter than you expected.

Small choices. Gentle mindset shifts. A more positive day 🌿
