Happy Spring Equinox! 🌷✨

Today, day and night are in perfect harmony... a moment of total balance before the light begins to overtake the dark. There is something so powerful about this shift, it’s nature’s way of hitting the "refresh" button.

After the long hunker-down of winter, the Equinox is a reminder that even the smallest seeds are starting to stir beneath the soil. It’s the perfect time to ask ourselves:

🌱 What am I ready to let grow?
☀️ Where do I need a little more balance in my life?

Are you a "spring cleaning" kind of person, or are you just here for the extra sunshine?

Have you noticed it too? Women supporting women more than ever. More collaboration and more cheering each other on 💞.

Running a small business can sometimes feel lonely, but I’ve been so grateful for the incredible women around me, those who recommend my work, share my posts, come for sessions, or simply offer encouragement along the way.

It reminds me how powerful it is when women create spaces where each other can pause, recharge and feel supported.

That’s something I’m always hoping to offer through my work too - a calm space where busy women can take a breath and look after themselves for a while.

So today I’m celebrating all the amazing women lifting each other up every day.

Full moon rising through the trees tonight 🌕

I don’t usually take nature photos, I prefer to just soak it in, but this one felt too special not to share.

There’s something about a full moon that invites us to pause… to release what feels heavy and make space for something lighter.

Even if you’re busy, even if it’s just from the bathroom window, I hope you managed to look up tonight ✨

That cat… he just has to be involved in everything 🤣😻.

He’s the kind of cat who parties all night and sleeps all day… but the minute I started spring cleaning my Reiki room, he sauntered out and decided to supervise from the middle of it all.

New season, fresh energy ✨. There’s something so lovely about clearing the space, dusting the crystals, opening the windows and letting the light back in. I’ve even moved things around a little, so my regulars might get quite a surprise next time they visit 😀.

Do any of you have cats (or any pets!) who insist on being in the middle of everything? Or is it just mine? 😂
