Hands on Peru — founded by our friends Katie (Big Wave Baric) and Rosa to make preventive healthcare accessible to everyone — continues to be a beacon of community empowerment in Trujillo.

While travelling through South America in 2024, Laurence had the privilege of visiting their centre and contributing to their mission — offering chiropractic care and supporting local families. It was great to build on the work Ruben began when he lived in Peru in 2019, strengthening a bridge of service, healing, and connection across continents.

This experience reaffirmed our belief that true healthcare starts in community — with hands, hearts, and purpose united. 🇵🇪🌿
