✨ Exciting news! ✨

Hello, I’m Bryony, and I’m so pleased to be starting small, friendly Pilates classes at Crawley Village Hall from early June 2026.

My matwork classes are designed for all levels, with a maximum of 4–8 people, so you’ll get plenty of personal attention in a welcoming, supportive space.

I focus on:
✔️ Alignment & body awareness
✔️ Building strength & stability
✔️ Helping you move with confidence and control

Every class is carefully tailored to suit individual needs, so whether you’re new to Pilates or more experienced, you’ll feel supported and challenged in the right way.

I’m a Level 3 Body Control Pilates instructor (teaching since 2020). I am constantly learning new ways to teach through my wonderful clients and the courses I go on - including upcoming training in scoliosis and foam roller work. I also have a special interest in Pilates for bone health (osteopenia & osteoporosis).

Awesome challenge climbing 3 peaks this weekend ( Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon) Raising money for Naomi house - children and young adults hospice. Doing a few Roll Downs and packing my spiky ball - paying dividends now!
