This is my favourite winter serum, I’ve been using it for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. I struggle with dry skin in the winter and this feels so nourishing on my face, yet without that greasy feeling. I’ve received a few lovely compliments from people on my skin when I use it, it gives me a natural glow ⭐️

I’ve been using Tropic for a number of years now, and I believe in true products and brand so much that I’m an ambassador. I don’t really promote it but people often ask me which skincare I use and so I thought I’d share it on here.

Tropic use plant based, vegan products without any nasties which are highly effective. I have a few products which I have been using over and over for many years (the cleanser being one!).

Gratitude is something that we can practice on a daily basis. It can help to bring joy into our lives, even on those days when we don’t feel particularly joyous. Most people can think of at least one thing, even if it’s the fact that you can read this message- feel thankful for that.
Try this, think of one thing you have felt really grateful for today, visualise this and allow this sense of gratitude to feel your whole being. Then, notice how you feel, pay attention to even the smallest change emotionally, energetically or physically.

N.E.T.I Pots
I know this looks pretty funny 😜but do you know what it is?
It’s a little nifty device that has been helping me to clear my sinuses.
I’ve been experiencing blocked ears due to sinus issues. My GP advised me to use Sudofed but it made me feel absolutely horrid and so after day 1, I quit the Sudofed and started searching for something more natural. One of my lovely friends mentioned that she had been using a Neti Pot and had achieved positive results. During my yoga training, we touched on neti pots as part of a practice but it just sounded so odd that I gave it a miss. Roll on almost 5 years later and I’m hooked!
Not only has it cleared my ears but there’s no nasty side effects
I’m always trying to find natural ways to heal and I highly recommend this.

WHEN’S the last time you felt truly RELAXED? ✨
Once we’ve forgotten what it feels like to be completely relaxed it becomes increasingly difficult to recognise when we are holding onto tension.
Learning how to enter a deep yet attentive state of relaxation can establish a familiar baseline which we can return to again and again.
As awareness of honed, we can recognise tension before it arises.
This evening during our yoga for sleep class, we will practise a wonderful guided relaxation session. This will be done with legs on a chair to further enhance this practice.
