I totally get that.
Life moves at a million miles an hour โ€” and the older we get, the busier we get

The problem is, fitness has been sold as something that demands a big chunk of time to get any resultsโ€ฆ..

Helen is 60โ€ฆ

When Helen joined us, she couldnโ€™t do a single press-up.

but this December, itโ€™s Andy!

Andy joined over a year ago because he needed to restart his fitness and get stronger โ€” but gyms full of mirrors and egos never appealed.

The Better Body Studios did:

Andy joined at a time when he was making excuses NOT to train.
