I wish I could say that once you do the work, you can wipe your hands, say “done” and forget all about it but that’s not how it usually works

Healing from something doesn’t mean it will never bother you again, the truth is from time to time it will, although it won’t bother you in the same way as it used to, as you’ll have wonderful tools and insight to better understand it and deal with it so you can live your best life

Sanar de algo no significa que nunca volverá a darte la lata, a veces lo hará! Pero no te molestará de la misma forma que lo hacía antes, ya que tendrás maravillosas herramientas para entenderlo, lidiarlo mejor y vivir tu mejor vida

Emotional triggers are people, words, opinions or circumstances that provoke an intense and excessive emotional reaction within us

These triggers are often reminders of past wounds that haven’t healed - they may be threads of past stories or relationships that are still left hanging. They are indicators to the hurt inner child that we continue to carry within ourselves long after we have grown up.

Emotional triggers make us feel stuck, psychologically threatened and often caught in unwanted behavioural patterns

Many of us carry unhealed negative patterns about ourselves that get triggered by external stimuli. With RTT we can get to the origin of those feelings/behaviours, to the root cause of the discomfort (often buried so deep within) and finally heal

Activadores son personas, palabras, opiniones o circunstancias que provocan una reacción emocional intensa y excesiva en nuestro interior. . Estas activaciones suelen ser recordatorios de heridas pasadas que no se han dañado; pueden ser hilos de historias o relaciones pasadas que aún quedan pendientes y a menudo, son indicadores del niñ@ interior herid@ que seguimos cargando dentro de nosotros mucho después de haber crecido

Estos activadores emocionales nos hacen sentir estancados, psicológicamente amenazados y, a menudo, atrapados en patrones de comportamiento no deseados. Muchos de nosotros acarreamos patrones/pensamientos negativos que se activan por un estímulo externo. Con RTT podemos llegar a su origen, a la causa raíz del malestar (a menudo enterrado muy profundamente) y finalmente sanar

When we share our problems we feel better right? What makes us feel better is not that the issue is being resolved or has changed, but the fact, that someone is listening to us, validating our emotions and unconditionally supporting us.

It is exactly the same with talk therapy, at its best it nourishes us and helps us to feel better but .. what happens when we cannot express our deepest fears, pains or emotions? What happens when we face deep negative emotions or behaviours and we are unsure of the reasons why?

If you are using traditional talk therapy to heal any form of trauma ⬆️ the chances are that it isn’t helping much. This is not because you are failing but because trauma can not be fully accessed or healed just by talking about it

If you’d like to dig deeper and once and for all get to the root cause of your concern, RTT might be a more effective, alternative for you.

RTT breaks conventional tradition and working with the subconscious does what no other therapy does, and the results speak by themselves.

Cuando compartimos nuestros problemas nos sentimos mejor, ¿verdad? Lo que nos hace sentir mejor no es que el problema se haya resuelto o algo haya cambiado, sino el hecho de que alguien nos esté escuchando, validando nuestras emociones y apoyándonos incondicionalmente.

Ocurre exactamente lo mismo con la psicoterapia, en el mejor de los casos nos nutre y nos ayuda a sentirnos mejor pero ... ¿qué pasa cuando no podemos expresar nuestros miedos, dolor o emociones más profundas? ¿Qué sucede cuando nos enfrentamos a emociones o comportamientos negativos y no estamos seguros de su origen?

Si estás utilizando la terapia de conversación tradicional para sanar cualquier tipo de trauma ⬆️ es probable que no te esté ayudando mucho. Esto no se debe a que tú estes fallando en algo, sino a que no se puede acceder al trauma o sanarlo por completo con solo hablar de él.

Si deseas profundizar más y llegar de una vez por todas a la causa raíz de student asunto, RTT podría ser una alternativa más eficaz para ti.

RTT rompe la tradición convencional y trabajando con el subconsciente hace lo que ninguna otra terapia hace, los resultados hablan por sí mismos.

When you notice anxiety building up, tell yourself this truth - THOUGHTS ARE NOT REAL.
Real is what you can see, touch, hear, taste… It may seem real, but it really isn’t

The quickest way out is CHANGING YOUR PHYSICAL STATE, this is how:

➡️ CHALLENGE the thought. Is it Real? Is it happening right now? Pause and look at your surroundings, the people you are with, the colour of the clothes you are wearing

➡️ PRACTISE SQUARE BREATHING - inhale for 4, 3.2,1 hold for 4, 3, 2,1 exhale for 4, 3,2,1 hold for 4,3,2,1 and repeat during 3 minutes

➡️ Choose to do something random: take a shower, go outside, do 40 star jumps, drink a glass of very cold water, sing outloud…

Cuando notas la ansiedad cerca recuerda esta gran verdad - TUS PENSAMIENTOS NO SON REALES. Real es lo que puedes ver, escuchar, tocar, saborear… Pueden parecer real, pero NO lo son

La forma más rápida de deshacerte de ella es CAMBIANDO TU ESTADO FÍSICO, estas son algunas ideas:

➡️ CUESTIONA el pensamiento. ¿Es real? ¿Está sucediendo ahora mismo? Observa tu entorno, la gente con la que estás, el color de la ropa que llevas

➡️Práctica la respiración en caja - Inhala por 4,3,2,1 Contén la respiración por 4.3,2,1 exhala lentamente por 4,3,2,1 y vuelve a contener la respiración 4 segundos - Repite durante 3 minutos

➡️ Haz algo totalmente diferente, toma una ducha, sal a la calle, da 40 saltos, bebe un vaso de agua muy fría o canta en voz alta

Do you thrive to be perfect?

One of the most significant impacts of childhood is perfectionism. Our families might have promoted ,

🔹Refusing to accept you as you are
🔹Ridiculing you for your mistakes - Even the most child appropriate mistakes will be teased or even punished
🔹Ridiculing you for your successes

So, how does all this impact the adult years? The mind tells us that anything less than perfect is unacceptable. It tell us that we are not ready, that we need to learn more that we should do much better

We continue to say these same critical statements in our “It’s not good enough.” “I am worthless.” “I will never succeed” and we remain stuck

How do we get unstuck? In order to get past this, we have to bring our awareness to this deep subconscious conversation. The more we connect with these subconscious messages, the more we can find their origins and finally understand they are not our truths

Uno de los impactos más significativos de la infancia es el perfeccionismo. Nuestras familias pueden haber promovido el

🔹 Negándose a aceptarte como eres
🔹Ridiculizándote por tus errores. Incluso los errores propios de niños son objeto de burlas o castigos
🔹Ridiculizándote por tus éxitos

Entonces, ¿cómo nos afecta todo esto en la edad adulta? La mente nos dice que cualquier cosa que no sea perfecta es inaceptable. Nos dice que no estamos preparados, que tenemos que aprender más, que todo debería ser/estar mucho mejor

Seguimos criticándonos internamente, “No soy suficiente” "No valgo nada." "Nunca lo lograré" nos paraliza y nos mantiene estancados

Para superarlo, tenemos que ser conscientes de esa conversación subconsciente, porque entonces podremos encontrar sus orígenes y finalmente comprender que no es nuestra verdad

If you are feeling stuck, unsatisfied or just plain frustrated with how you feel or where your life is, take time to examine the thought patterns you are repeating day in and day out. Really focus on them and decide which patterns support you and which ones are holding you back

From there, take the bad thought patterns and 💯 commit to break them. The minute you do that, you will find a different energy pouring out from you, your interactions with friends and family will be different and slowly but surely everything you see, hear and feel will be different

Si te sientes estancad@, insatisfech@ o simplemente frustrad@ con cómo te sientes o el rumbo de tu vida, tómate tiempo para examinar los patrones de pensamiento que estás repitiendo día tras día. Obsérvalos y decide qué patrones te apoyan y cuáles te están bloqueando

A partir de ahí, toma esos malos patrones de pensamiento y comprométete a 💯 romperlos. En el momento en que hagas eso, encontrarás una energía diferente que emana de tu interior - tus interacciones con amigos y familiares serán diferentes y, poco a poco, todo lo que veas, oigas y sientas será diferente
