WOW! 🤩 what an amazing night last night at the Slimming World’s award ceremony! Ashley Banjo presented and he was fabulous ❤️ and then Diversity performed and we’re just brilliant! 🤩 The energy they had was simply outstanding! Such an amazing night catching up with everyone!

I’m Angela 🌸
✨ I’ve been a Slimming World Consultant 14 1/2 years (so yes, I did start when I was very young! 😂).
✨ I’m a proud Bronze group – Award Winner 🏆

🍫Favourite food? Chocolate. Always chocolate (or anything sweet so I’m the queen 👸🏻 of sweet treats.
🫛 Biggest dislike? Peas (they are literally the devil 😈 food).
💦 Body Magic I love: Spinning 🚴‍♀️ or going for a nice walk
🧘🏻‍♀️ Body Magic I can’t do: Yoga…the first and only time I did it I fell asleep within 5 minutes of the class starting!😂

I’m also part of an amazing Slimming World team, and guess what? I’m looking for some new team mates!

‘Don’t you have to count calories to lose weight 🤔?’ It’s a question I get all the time – at Slimming World, we know that to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit – but the great news is, you don’t have to track every calorie to get there 🙌!

Our healthy eating plan is based on foods that are lower in energy density (that’s food with fewer calories per gram!) – so you naturally reduce the calories you eat without even realising it.
