If you sit a lot, whether that's at a desk, driving, or due to an injury, pain and discomfort in your tailbone can be relieved by these 6 stretches completed on a regular basis.

The tailbone is at the bottom of the spine and helps to support the pelvis. Specific exercises can help to stretch this area and increase flexibility.

Due to increasing costs I will be adding a small percentage to the prices from 1st May 2024. The good news is that 30 minutes and 45 minutes treaments will remain the same.

60 minutes will increase to £45

Professional Massage Therapist

Massage is a natural therapy and remains the principal method of treating musculoskeletal problems for many thousands of years. Massage has many benefits, physical and psychological. Anyone and everyone can reap the benefits. I like to use multiple disciplines within treatments, to give the best possible outcomes for the client.
