A day filled with so much love, laughter, and unforgettable moments and of course delicious food!!
Thanks to Phil & Claudia for hosting such a beautiful celebration and making it so special for all of us.

I'm in my garden at Orchard Farm.
Planting, digging, weeding, mowing and admiring my hard work 🌷🪻🌺🌹🌻
Of course I still exercise but most of my time is spent in my garden .orchard.farm which unfortunately do not leave much time for anything else ie to make videos but I will do my best to share more 😁😁😁

Abs crunch & pike 10
Box pike ups 10
Squat press 20 x2
Ball pushups 10 (shoulder not 100% yet)
Rig grip work
15 min Assault Bike
