Deep into February, Valentines Day almost here… but do you L❤️ve the way you move?

Maybe you feel stiff, awkward, clumsy, disconnected, a little uncared for?

Or maybe you keep trying to push your body to get fitter, stronger, more flexible but it doesn’t seem to want to co-operate with you?

This can happen after injury, long term pain, serious illness and surgery….

It can be easy to get frustrated with your body, but it’s your vehicle in this life and might be in need of some TLC this February.

I have availability in February for consultation for improving the way you move and learning to trust your body again - no matter the original reason.
