Hello everyone, I’m Zoe.
I’m 41, a mum of three boys, and I’ve been a qualified yoga teacher for nearly two years. I first discovered yoga during lockdown when I was simply looking to gain flexibility to support my new passion for pole dancing. But very quickly, yoga became so much more than a way to stretch.
I found healing.
I found grounding.
I found peace, discipline, and a sense of calm I didn’t even realise I needed.
Through my practice, I learned how to connect with myself, to listen to my body, and to show myself compassion. What began as a way to improve my physical movement soon became a lifestyle something that helped me grow, soften, and rebuild from the inside out.
Yoga didn’t just support my pole journey; it transformed my life.
In March 2024, I completed my 400-hour yoga teacher training with shiva_yoga_hatha, and sharing yoga with others has become one of the most meaningful parts of my journey so far.
Along the way, I fell in love with Pilates, too. I began training in pilates to support my own health and well-being, and it opened up a whole new connection with my body and mind. I’m now a qualified pilates mat instructor, and I’m excited to share this practice as confidently and wholeheartedly as I share my yoga.
Both yoga and pilates continue to help me grow, find balance, and reconnect with myself and my hope is to offer that same space and support to anyone who joins me on the mat.
