It’s ok to just take a minute to STOP ⛔️ and breatheeeee 😮💨
Today marks return to school (and work) for many, meaning the face-paced, 1000 miles an hour lifestyle will be back in full-swing before the week is over.
The dreaded school-run 🏃♀️working long hours 🕰️socialising (if you can) 🍺 running a home 🏠 the food shop 🛒 cooking dinner 🍽️ washing approx 20 times a week 🧺ironing 🧦 cleaning 🧼 appointments 🩺 homework 💻 studying 📚 social media 📱 celebrating milestones 🎉birthdays 🎂 anniversaries 💕Christmas!!! 🎄and the rest.
Whatever your days include be mindful of burnout and the impacts this can have on your mental and physical health. Life goes soooo quickly (I mean it’s September already 🥴) and we don’t get this time back.
You are the most important person in your life whether you are a parent, partner, sibling, friend, daughter, son, employee etc etc. You can’t pour from an empty cup and all that…
