Brenda Poole Therapies

I am a Professional Psychotherapist and Holistic Therapist. I offer sessions in a whole range of Therapies and can cater to all enquiries.

I am on the National Council for Psychotherapist's and the Holistic Council. Thank you for showing interest in my page. A little background information about me. I have a background of many years of nursing. I then spent many years in Practice Management and started working in Holistic Therapies over 20 years ago when I then changed my career path and went solely onto the Holistic path. I now both work and train people in various Therapies and will offer courses in due course. In 2017 I qualified as a Hypnotherapist and N.L.P. and T.F.T and have been working as a Psychotherapist since. During the Covid 19 Pandemic I have been offering Zoom/Video sessions and where appropriate one to one sessions. I'm hoping to resume face to face sessions as soon as it is deemed safe to do so

We are rapidly heading towards Christmas. I have a couple of sessions available on Thursday and Friday this week for reflexology. This is a wonderful foot treatment but it relaxes the whole body and mind.
I also have some sessions on Thursday 23rd. This will be my last day until New Year.
