From Abandoned Girl to Energy Healer
I was abandoned at 2 years old by my alcoholic mother.
Adopted at 3 — which looked like a rescue from the outside , But it wasn’t.
Behind closed doors there was fear, control, and abuse.
At 12, I lost my nan — the only person who truly felt like home.
By 14, I joined the Army Cadets. I met Princess Anne and actually spoke with her — one of those surreal moments that made me realise how far I’d come from where I started.
It gave me structure, pride, and the discipline to keep going.
I was learning how to stand tall, even when I felt small.
From 16 to 18, I played saxophone with the military bands, stepping in whenever they were short of players.
They invited me to perform in concerts across London — even with the Blues and Royals.
Those years gave me confidence, discipline, and a glimpse of who I could be beyond my pain.
It showed me I was capable of more than anyone had ever told
On paper, I looked like a kid with “issues.”
In reality, I was a kid surviving.
Learning to read people instead of trusting them.
Using silence as protection.
In my 20s, the old patterns followed me.
Three miscarriages, Homeless at 23 with a baby.
Then my son arrived — beautiful, fragile, needing surgery before his first Christmas.
I kept it all together while quietly falling apart inside.
In 2018, my body said enough.
Two weeks in hospital. Two rare brain conditions & a Papilledema.
Burnout from years of care work and pretending I was fine.
That breakdown became my awakening. The start of a new story.
I turned back to what had always been there — Reiki, intuition, and energy work. Not as a hobby, but as healing.
Not as an escape, but as purpose.
That’s when The Decoder’s Path was born — five stages that helped me rebuild from the inside out:
Reveal ✦ Reflect ✦ Release ✦ Reclaim ✦ Rewrite
Now, I guide others through the same process — helping them uncover the unseen energy shaping their lives so they can find clarity, confidence, and freedom.
Because you don’t have to stay defined by your first chapter. You can always write a new one.
If I can rewrite my story… so can you. 💛
