Day 16/21 Day 16/90 so this morning in my workout I managed 20sec x 4 of box press-ups, not a mean feat Iβm sure to some but for someone who has damaged shoulder this is massive. Add to that the 20secs x 4 full planks (plus the 30secs x 2 full planks on Saturday) and progress is being seen.
