Day 16/21 Day 16/90 so this morning in my workout I managed 20sec x 4 of box press-ups, not a mean feat I’m sure to some but for someone who has damaged shoulder this is massive. Add to that the 20secs x 4 full planks (plus the 30secs x 2 full planks on Saturday) and progress is being seen.

Forgot to take pictures on my breakfast and lunch shakes but luckily I have a few!! A good day, full back on track πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ‘...

Been feeling a bit meh the last few days, worried I’m self sabotaging my results but it all stops today!!
Been exercising with Kathryn Forte every morning and today I’ve done 2x 20 secs full planks!! I’ve not been able to do that since 2016 πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»
Strength work today which had me focusing on the exercises but also I was consciously activating my core muscles too xx

Day 2/21 Day 2/90 We’ll and truly tired out today after the exercise yesterday, taken it easy, but felt quite hungry today. I’ve taken on loads of water to ensure it’s not thirst instead.

Day 1/21 Day 1/90 so here we go again, photos submitted yesterday and not too much difference between that and my result picture from last week which fills me with pride.

Total of four meals not β€˜healthy’ since last week so that’s not too bad (life is all about balance right?).

So today’s been a fabulous day, I start the challenge with a customer at my side and I truly feel I’m more excited about her result than I am my own. I’m so super proud of her progress today too πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Also one of my Herbalife Sideline has jumped on board too πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

I’ve set a 90 day progress for me I will be 2 dress sizes down by then so off we go on two countdowns (that will also keep me consistent during the downtime from challenges).

Workout this morning with the lovely Kathryn-Koko Forte at WEARfit and then a 5k walk this evening so I’m a bit tired now.

A cheeky before bed (3 scoops in 200ml water) and I’ll be set for the morning πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻
