Those who come along regularly, especially those with injuries / aches / pains, know the statement is true!
Pilates can do soo much for your physical wellbeing. We'll sure as hell know if we skip a week! Not to mention the benefits to your mental health too. Checking in with your body, finding that mind body connection and moving with your breathe without distractions.
