It's been a while since I've updated on here. I'm maintaining my weight now and have done for a couple of months which is amazing.
I recently broke my foot with 10 weeks off work and activities, I assumed I'd put some weight on not doing physical activities but I didn't 🥰
Yesterday I went to a christmas night at my friends and wore this choker I wore when I was bigger, it now goes on the smallest setting not biggest which is great 🫣
Start weight at LRD - 16 stone 7.5lbs
Current weight 8 stone 1lbs 🥰♥️

2 weeks ago I broke my foot...
I've been a bit down and bored and actually missing the gym and working out and dancing.
So night my friend came and we did some abs & arms workouts and adjusted them so I wasn't putting weight on my foot where possible and when I did I put the weight on my left leg so safe to say I'm going to have one toned leg and one not. But thankfully the left leg is the one with a little excess skin/sag so hopefully it'll help with this haha.
But I'm feeling pretty proud although yes a broken foot kills and is painful so is sat around all day bored, over thinking and feeling useless.
Look at those muscles coming along so nicely thankfully just 4 more weeks in pot and I'll hopefully be able to start walking properly and going back to gym & dance. (IGNORE MY FACE)😂 ♥️♥️

Looking back at the 1st photos I took has made me so proud of how far I've come and how much effort I have put in to aim for minimal excess skin. Obviously I have some here and there but nothing compared to what I expected how work really does show results 💪💪💪

So amazed with the muscles and toning never felt so proud. Never have I ever been able to see any muscle in me or even any definition anywhere and I am certainly gaining it now hard work pays off. Its took alot of work at gym, weight's, Box Fit & fitness classes but its all worth it 💪❤️🙌

The gastric Bypass is not 'easy way out'. You've got to watch what you eat, portion sizes and be careful not to eat to fast or these can all result on dumping syndrome. It take alot of working out and toning up if you want to avoid lots of excess skin but blimey I'm loving the fitness now! I would notnchange my decision ever it's been the best one for me ♥️
