✨Clean, declutter and clear your environment, even if it’s just one corner of a room or even just a drawer.

✨Go for a walk in nature and take in the natural beauty around you.

✨Eat healthy nutritious meals to avoid any sugar crashes.

✨Write down/journal your feelings to get them off your chest.

✨Sit down with your warm favourite drink and just give yourself 5 minutes to switch off.

✨Have a good morning routine to wake up to.

✨Try reading or listening to nature sounds to relax before bed.

✨Put your phone on silent or airplane mode when you go to bed.

✨Have a set time for going to bed to make sure you have a good amount of sleep.

✨Set good boundaries around your bedtime routine.

✨Stay away from caffeine in the evening, choose something more relaxing like herbal tea, such as Chamomile.

✨Keep a dream journal if you suffer from bad dreams.

✨Make sure your bedroom had a calming environment, without too much stimulation such as TVs and electrical devises.

✨Have a good night time routine that allows you to wind down before bed.
