Although I’m not keen on saying goodbye to summer, one of the best things about the autumnal weather is the cloud formations and rainbows. I love cloud spotting and still get excited about rainbows!

Can anyone else see the big bad wolf in the clouds that I spotted yesterday?

For those of you who have had a back to school day and those still waiting I hope you are doing okay and keeping any anxious feelings under control. September can be a tricky month as there is a huge shift in routine and energy. Aromatherapy massage can ease those restless feelings and soothe anxiety and stress.
