A quick introduction 👋 Hi, I’m Ben — a soft tissue therapist based here in Witney, working from a scenic lakeside therapy room.

I use hands-on massage and mobility techniques to help people:

- Restore movement

Long time no see! 👋 a brief update on where I’ve been and getting back into things, after one of the more difficult chapters of my life.

I’ve tried to spare gruesome details, and instead documented my first visit back to my training academy and what it means to me as a practitioner in this fascinating field 💆‍♂️

Im finding my feet again now, and touch-wood things continue that way 🪵 thanks to all of my regular clients who have been so patient and understanding during this turbulent period.
