Listen to your troubles, embrace your sadness, pay attention to your anger. What are they saying? Give them a voice. Write it down. It's okay to feel what you feel. Quite often the voices of these emotions sound quite childish. And that's okay too.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s easy to feel helpless in the face of such violence and devastation we saw at the Capitol Building yesterday, and indeed the suffering being seen around the world during these unprecedented times.

But I want to show you a way you can help right now.

You are a living, breathing transformer, and by improving your emotional and mental state, you are assisting in the the transformation of all of humanity.

Here’s what you can do:

1: Create a calm space and settle down and focus your breath.

3: Send love to your own heart to heal, resolve and transform any negative emotion or thoughts that have come up today.

4: When ready, spread this love to your family members and those you love.

5: Start to spread that kindness wider. Push it out towards your neighbours and people you may not know that well. Wish them peace, and joy.

6: Can you spread that kindness to your whole community? Your whole town? Feel your heart start to open to allow for more and more love to come through.

7: Lastly see if you can embrace the whole of your country. And if you can, the entire world. At this point I imagine seeing earth as if I’m looking at it from the moon.

Interesting things may start to happen when you expand your awareness this far out with loving intentions. It maybe hard at first, and that’s okay. Think of it as a gym workout for your mind. You are projecting your compassion out to a huge number of people.

Lastly I would like to thank you for being here during this time. It was no accident.

By putting this persistence under your conscious control, you become the master of your own destiny.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here are some simple ways you can harness your creative power:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Know what you truly want:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Take a few deep breaths and ask yourself “what is my hearts desire?” And listen to what comes up. When you think you have it, then say to yourself “I ask for …….. in my life. Thank you”. Generate the gratitude as if its already happened.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Focus on gratitude and positive self-talk.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You cannot manifest anything you truly desire when you are in opposition to it and any measure of dissatisfaction or stress is the opposite to all you desire. So look for ways to be grateful more of the time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Be intentional with communication:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you are intentional and consistent with talking about what’s possible, then you will literally speak your desires into existence. However, if you are consistently telling people what you don’t want to have happen, then this becomes your point of attraction. What follows, will be a vibrational match for this.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Visualize success:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Enjoy the sheer power of your imagination when you visualise your dreams coming true. Your unconscious mind then starts to synchronise with it. What follows is the desired effect taking place, as it will be a frequency match for what’s been going on inside of you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Accountability is key:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

10 ways to show yourself LOVE today

1. Close your eyes, breathe deep. Sigh it out.

2. Run yourself a deep bath and soak.

3. Give yourself a foot and leg massage.

4. Go for a walk.

5. Stretch, or do yoga.

6. Put your phone on ‘do not disturb’ and read your favourite book, or take a nap.

7. Count your reasons to be grateful today.

8. Journal your feelings and whatever comes to mind, without censorship or judgment.

9. Be with your feelings and acknowledge that its okay not to be okay.

10. Think of how far you’ve come and acknowledge yourself for coming this far despite the challenges.
