County Care Surrey We have operations in Lincolnshire, Hampshire and Surrey.

County Care Independent Living Limited provides high quality, person-centred support to adults aged between 18-65 with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs and Autism. County Care Group offers a variety of tailored support services for people living with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges - as well as older adults that may need support to live well at home. Our services range from care at home, support in the community as well as teaching life skills at our community hubs. Founded in 2010, the County Care Group has since become a leading specialist support and care provider in Hampshire, Surrey and Lincolnshire; working closely with the local County Councils. Our mission is to support every person who requires our services to define and achieve their life goals whilst maintaining their choice, dignity and independence. We will do this by working alongside each customer to understand their needs and support their growth, no matter how challenging their circumstances.

Huge shoutout to Lewis! 🌟 Over the past 8 weeks he’s been making smart choices-cutting back on snacks, sticking to a budget, and staying focused to save for his trip to Chessington with his friends. What started as a plan to split the cost turned into full determination, and today he made his final payment all by himself! Amazing effort and great budgeting skills 👏💰🎉
