Most golfers think back pain is just part of the game.
It’s not.

Golfers treating the pain instead of identifying the cause.

✔️ Stretching
✔️ Rest
✔️ Painkillers
✔️ Ice
Those things can help short-term…
But when the cause isn’t addressed:
– The pain keeps coming back
– Swing compensations build
– Performance drops
– Injury risk increases every season
That’s why relief is often temporary.
