But when your cup runs dry… when you’re too emotionally exhausted or burnt out to hold it all together, to show up how they need… what then?
When all you need is for someone to say, “It’s okay, I’m here, I’ve got you”—and instead, the silence hits hard.
Loneliness piles on top of the exhaustion.

“Just let them.” is a statement that is popular just now, but what if “let them” feels impossible?

Yes, it is a powerful state of mind. It is freeing.
Who wouldn’t want that kind of peace?

What if, instead of freedom, it makes your stomach drop…
If “let them” fills you with fear and anxiety or simply too out of your comfort zone, it doesn’t mean you’re weak.
It means your system has been wired to survive on approval, harmony, and keeping the peace.

You don’t build the “let them” mindset overnight.
It starts with an inner shift — with learning to feel safe inside yourself first.

✨ Before you can let them, you have to let yourself.
Let yourself matter.
Let yourself belong.
Let yourself come home to you.

I believe our personal responsibility is to care-take the energetic space we experience in our life time. By doing this we are able to become our authentic self's, support and raise the energies of those around us and live in peace with our planet. My life is my personal garden. I am surrounded and blend into the gardens of you all.
