If you have experienced loss in your life then you may find you are struggling with thoughts and feelings as part of your grieving process.

Counselling can support you in understanding your grief and help you to manage emotions like anxiety, anger, guilt, and fears. Talking with a professional in a safe space can help you to build resilience and coping strategies to deal with intense feelings of sadness and loss.

How can counselling help you?

When emotions or events in your life are confusing and overwhelming, talking about them in a safe space can be the first step towards change and healing. Sharing thoughts and anxieties can make them more manageable. Whatever your difficulty, talking to someone trained to listen and offer non-judgemental and empathic support can help towards personal development and improved understanding of yourself and the world around you.
