I’m introducing a Refer a Friend offer at Green Beauty Room 🌿

If you recommend a friend and they book in as a new client, you’ll each receive a £5 voucher to use towards a treatment, treatment package or product.

Vouchers may be used straight away or saved for future bookings, and more than one voucher may be applied to a single booking.

Something I’m noticing at the moment is how busy everything suddenly feels again. 🌿

A question I’m often asked is how often someone should have a massage. 🌿

And the honest answer is - it really depends on you as an individual, what’s going on in your body, and the activities you do day to day.

What I will say is consistency can make a real difference. Regular treatments can really help to keep muscle tension under control.

As a general guide, I often suggest thinking about massage in the same way as regular hair appointments, around every 6–8 weeks.
