🎉 When FIFA said “World Cup experience”, I didn’t realise it came with a side of pension sacrifice! 💸🤯 Those ticket prices are WILD – and I know I’m not the only one listening to endless rants at home. 🙃
This was THE World Cup my husband swore he’d do – his big 6-0 year! 🥳 Not sure he planned on funding it with his retirement fund though… 😂

✨ Progress isn’t always about the scales ✨
In 2020, I thought the number defined me. Today, it’s higher — but so is my strength, my body composition, and my confidence. 💪🔥

This reel is proof that transformation isn’t about shrinking, it’s about evolving. Sometimes the biggest changes are the ones you don’t notice until you look back. This was actually a surprise for me and a good one.

So if the scales have ever made you doubt yourself, remember: they don’t measure your resilience, your muscle, or your joy. Celebrate the progress you feel and the woman you’re becoming.
