Iโ€™m so pleased to share that Iโ€™ve completed my Gua Sha Rose Quartz Wellness training today. Iโ€™m always looking to expand my knowledge so I can continue bringing new holistic treatments to my clients.

Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese facial technique that uses a smooth-edged stone tool (often jade or rose quartz) to gently glide across the face and neck. This rhythmic movement helps to stimulate circulation and support lymphatic drainage.

Some of the benefits of Gua Sha include:
