Really happy to handover our £400 donation to My Cancer My Choices which we raised at our Christmas Party recently through our annual raffle.

Hopefully this money will help to support those living with and affected by Cancer in our local area over the Christmas period and into the New Year.

To all of our members who came, supported, bought a raffle ticket, or donated a prize - thank you. This was all possible because of you.

Our fresh new 2026 Pilates timetable is now live and available to book!

Due to demand, we have added in four new classes onto the timetable and ventured into a new area (Binfield we are excited to meet you!)

All classes are now available to book onto and they run in six- or seven-week block, working out at only £9 per class.

All of our classes are run by highly qualified Level 3 Pilates matwork instructor so you know that you are in safe hands if you are looking for a modification or progression to suit you.

A combination of Activation Bands, light weights and Matwork will be greeting our Wednesday night team this evening.

Want to join us? Every Wednesday, 6:45-7:30pm at Twyford District Youth & Community Centre.

Varied workouts, catering to all ages and abilities, combined with an awesome playlist - the best reason to leave to house as the nights get darker!

UPDATE - The donations for our have still been coming in this week, and I'm happy to report that the total now stands at a whopping £1160.25. Thank you so much to all of you who took part, you really have made the most wonderful contribution.
