The most common thing people say when I mention being yoga is "oh I can't do yoga I'm not _________ enough". But yoga is how you become __________, and more!
You don't need to be flexible, strong, balanced or indeed calm to start a practice. You just need a "why" (to develop your strength, flexibility, mobility... to destress and chill out for a while... to connect with your inner peaceful self... or even to just try something healthy and new), and a willingness to work with and accept wherever you're at right now 💜. Yoga will fill in your blank and give you waaaay more benefits than you could ever have imagined ❤️
