Sanctuary in Sound

Sanctuary in Sound will be bringing a relaxing and uplifting evening of rhythm, movement and connection with a 'Drumming Circle' on Sunday 22 February, 6–7.30pm at Shifnal Village Hall.🥁

This drumming circle is open to all, whether participants are completely new to drumming or more experienced. The session begins with a warming cup of ceremonial cacao, followed by guided group drumming led by Nikki, with space for freestyle expression. The evening then flows into intuitive movement to music, encouraging participants to connect inward, move freely, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed. 💙

Attendees are welcome to bring their own drums or shakers, although plenty of instruments will be available. A great opportunity to enjoy something a little different in Shifnal. For more details including how to book, see the Sanctuary in Sound page ✨

Sanctuary in Sound will be holding a Consciousness-Expanding Sound Bath in Shifnal on Sunday 11 January, offering residents an opportunity to unwind and experience deep relaxation.💙

Held at Shifnal Village Hall on Aston Street from 7pm to 8:15pm, the session guides participants through a sound journey using therapeutic instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and crystal singing bowls. The experience is designed to promote relaxation, help release stress and tension, and support overall wellbeing through calming sound vibrations. 🎶
