Meditation brings Qi to illuminate the mind (Shen).
Kung Fu brings Qi to strengthen the body (Jing).
Balance Yinyang to harmonize the Taiji of Stillness and Motion.
Tonify the Jing,
cultivate the Shen,
to restore the Qi.
This is the practice of Internal - External Qigong.

Fantastic day at The Orbit Wellbeing Festival. First time here and what a beautiful place and fantastic festival. I had so many people in my session, I lost count but it was upwards of 60. Fabulous feedback too. There's still time to go and check it out. Two more days to follow and day tickets are available.
