Managing Hypertension in Times of Tension: Simple Ways to Protect Your Heart
With the rising stress and tension many Nigerians are facing, hypertensive patients and older adults must be extra careful. Stress can sharply increase blood pressure and trigger sudden cardiac arrest in vulnerable individuals.
But the good news? There are simple, practical steps anyone can take to stay safe and maintain calm.
