🚒🚛 Driving Safety Forward
Yesterday we had the privilege of meeting with Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service driver training Managers Tim Wareham & Alan Snell with the help of Sweeptech Environmental Services, who kindly provided their premises and a road sweeper for a live demonstration.
We showcased how Doctor Air Brake Ltd Autonomous Braking System has been helping Dawsongroup & Sweeptech prevent accidents, protecting their business, drivers, and assets.
The team from Staffordshire Fire & Rescue were able to:
✅ Learn exactly how the system works
✅ Watch the vehicle in action
✅ Get behind the wheel themselves and experience autonomous braking first-hand
Their feedback was fantastic – they were extremely impressed with the safety and performance of our autobrake system. Staffordshire Fire & Rescue will now be looking to adopt autonomous braking across their fleet, leading the way in fire services safety innovation.

Pleased to complete a Reverse Smart® auto-brake installation for Banner Contracts on one of their Doosan shovel loaders.

Shovel loaders operate in challenging site conditions where visibility is low and foot traffic is high. Can anyone help at Kent Crime Metropolitan Crime Division , we've had an engineer working in Dartford for the last couple of days. Staying overnight at the Premier Inn at Bridge business park Dartford to wake up this morning and his work van stolen. The premier inn wouldn't release cctv footage to is, only Police, reported to Kent Police at 08.00am this morning with tracker details and location which shows it being at Thistlebrook Abbey Wood site. Police say they have attended and the van was not there. Lots of specialist tools, products and Engineers tools which have taken years to build up now gone!
