You are in safe hands. Sanctuary is a professional holistic massage service which is Nurse/Midwife-led. Treatments by appointment. How it works:
1.

Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife of 30+ years experience bringing quality, tailored holistic treatments: Pregnancy, Postnatal, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Women's Wellbeing Massage. Drawing from decades of experience, combined with holistic training, I tailor your treatment to the results that you want to see and expereince. Full consultation takes place to ensure that it's safe formyou to be treated and there aren't any contraindications. I work in my small treatment room based at Rejuvin8 Salon, Station Road, Wombwell, where there is ample parking close by. Select the treatment you would like

2. Make contact (DM or email) and we will look at appointment day/time.

3. Complete consultation form and return to me - if all OK to go ahead, then appointment will be confirmed in the payment of 50% deposit by bank transfer (refundable if you need to cancel - non-
refundable if cancelling - but can be carried forward to another appointment if rearranging.

4. Attend appointment and pay balance - either cash
or bank transfer.

OCTOBER 18TH - WORLD MENOPAUSE DAY
The month of October is Menopause Awareness Month, and World Menopause Day is held annually on 18 October. It aims to break taboo and improve women’s health and wellbeing by raising awareness about the symptoms of menopause and the support options available.

The theme for World Menopause Day 2025 is Lifestyle Medicine, which you can find out more information about on the International Menopause Society website.

This is a reminder that there are things other than medicines to help women through what can be a challenging time.
