Graduation Day! It finally happened and now I have the certificate to prove it. ❤️

Four intense but extremely worthwhile years of studying to enable me to become a fully licensed Homeopathic Practitioner. What a wonderful day celebrating all that we have achieved.

A big congratulations to all those that graduated.

I’ve had some new followers recently so thought I’d tell you a little about me.

I’m Caroline, a fully qualified Homeopath registered with the Society of Homeopaths. I’m the founder of Flower and Fox Natural Healing.

Why that name you may ask? So my business name encompasses aspects of the names of both of my children, my complete inspiration and my world.

Facts about me:
I live in Charsfield, Suffolk, with my husband and two children age 6 and 4.

I love learning, and I have a Ba Honours in History of Art from Warwick University.

I first discovered homeopathy 7 years ago when pregnant with my eldest and suffering intense, debilitating hayfever symptoms. From there I became inquisitive about holistic healthcare.

In 2019 I took a 5 year break from my career in the public sector to train to be come a Homeopath.

I trained at the Homeopathic College of East Anglia, a 4 year course and was awarded a Licentiate to practise homeopathy in 2023.

I am vegetarian (most of the time!) and love all things food. Cooking and baking with my children brings me utter pleasure.

I love exercise, and am working hard to find more time to prioritise this- pilates, yoga, tennis.

I have naturally curly hair which was ruined after having children but have persevered with following the curly girl method and now have my curls back.

I am definitely an evening person!

Another responsibility I have is performing the role of an artificial pancreas for my daughter who has Type 1 Diabetes. 😢

I currently practise at home, offering evening and weekend appointments where required, and you can also find me on Fridays.

The beauty of nature as we enter the Autumn season.
