I have a wonderful opportunity to teach power yoga in St Hugh's school sports hall in Woodhall Spa on Wednesday evenings 7.30-8.30pm.
£35 for 5 classes or £8 drop in (class passes don't expire).
I may also be able to offer the class online at a reduced rate.
