I'd like to introduce myself and let you know that I am excited to be starting my yoga classes again here in Woodstock. It is a community I feel so grateful to be part of and proud to call home 🏠🥰
I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and am currently continuing my studies in Yoga Therapy, which naturally shapes the way I teach. My classes are thoughtful and supportive, designed not only to build strength and flexibility but to enhance overall wellbeing. I aim to bridge a familiar Western approach with yoga’s more traditional Eastern roots in a way that feels accessible and meaningful. My teaching aims to help to cultivate a deeper connection between body, mind and breath, while gently exploring the more subtle, energetic aspects of practice.
Classes are open to complete beginners as well as those wishing to deepen their existing practice. Sessions include breath awareness, asana (postures and flow), and pranayama (specific breathing techniques), with a light philosophical theme woven through each class to encourage reflection, clarity and personal growth alongside the physical work.
On Monday evenings, we will practise in the beautiful, underfloor-heated hall at the Oxfordshire Museum, a warm and welcoming space to move, breathe and unwind. These sessions begin on Monday evenings, 7.30-8.30pm, on 23rd February.
On Monday mornings, my outdoor sessions continue to run in the beautiful grounds of Blenheim. We meet weekly, 9-10.30am. We start at the public green gate, and walk a circuit of the lake, stopping for yoga practices along the way.
Please don't hesitate to get in contact if you would like to find out more about my yoga classes and I'd be more than happy to help. See links for booking info and more information on my Instagram page.
I look forward to share my practice with you 🧘♀️🙏💜
