My God!! I was in total existential dread whilst walking around today not looking forward to anything. Don't know why....

Then the afternoon happened and I had two very different but beautiful clients turn up and make my day amazing!!!

Did some on a very receptive person, so much movement and breathing. It was beautiful to see! Then a new client with incredible pain in his lower back walked out like he was ten years younger.

Both people really made my day special and made me realise I DO actually know what I'm doing!!!

Hope your day has been a turnaround one... In a good way obvs ###

Anyone suffering from 'mid life challenges' may want to read this article. It's a little heavy, but you can get the general gist.

On a positive note there are ways to mitigate the musculoskeletal effects of the menopause immediately.

Just in case anyone has a few quid knocking about...

I'm literally missing out on drinking loads of free booze at a party to do this swim - poor planning on my part!!!

The RNLI Clovelly Sponsored Swim takes place on Sunday 8th September with a choice of a one or two mile route along the coastline into Clovelly's picturesque harbour. All money raised will go to the lifesaving work of the RNLI.

Ok! I'm ready for Spinal Flow people to practice on.

In order to qualify in Spinal Flow I need people to come to my house in Clovelly to go through the assessment (and we'll do a session too), fill in an intake form before and a feedback form afterwards.

This will be happening over two Saturdays, the 9th and the 15th of June. The times available are...

9th - 9am, 10am and 12noon
15th - 9am, 10am, 11am
