Couple goals ❤️

Two people. One goal. No shortcuts.

Over 6.5 stone lost between them but it’s not just the weight that’s gone. It’s the excuses, the self-doubt, the “we’ll start Monday” mindset.

They have pushed each other on the hard days, celebrated the small wins, and kept each other going.

Now they feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever.

Proof that when you commit, support each other, and stay consistent… incredible things happen.

And they’re not done yet 💪

She now has more energy, 💃🏻 more confidence, and honestly just feeling amazing in her own skin again. It hasn’t been quick or easy at times but it’s been so worth it.

I am honestly blown away by what my lyneham group has achieved… we’ve come away with THREE awards!! 🏆🏆🏆

And the biggest one of all — Group of the Month for March!! 🎉

I am so proud to be part of this group. Their hard work, consistency, and support they show each other is really paying off. Those times that they show up even when the week has not gone their way are the most important weeks and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

This is just the beginning 🚀

Let’s keep pushing, keep achieving and keep thriving and see what we can achieve next 💪🔥

I’m absolutely loving watching this journey and feeling so proud of how far she has come already.
