Conleth’s journey 👀⬇️
Between a hectic teaching job and playing every sport in the Southern Hemisphere, it’s safe to say had a lot on.
This often left food as an afterthought.
With his heavy training load in the gym and on the field, he was chronically underfuelled!
Sometimes his first meal wasn’t until mid-afternoon, so he’d come home wrecked and just grab whatever was convenient.
Leaving him feeling drained and hangry.
And some nights, the evening snacking floodgates would open.
In the past, things like MyFoodBag would plug the gap - but that’s an expensive plug!
Or he’d go “all in” and smash his diet for a few weeks…
Before giving up.
He didn’t need more motivation or discipline.
He needed a calm, simple, and manageable system that fit around his life.

Now, he gets home energised with a clear plan.
Recovery is better.

And he’s proved to himself he can stick to a routine without burning out.
