As we blaze into 2025 - As the New Year starts to make you think about your life and where you are, remember the rule that we ‘Don’t experience Life - we experience the Life we focus on…’

Want to focus on the negatives ? Easy ! They are all around us….

There are 3 things that make up your experience of the life you are living

Past
Present
Future

Remember the past, learn from the wins and losses - repeat the wins, try not to repeat the losses - let those wins help you enjoy the present and shape the future

Live in the present - it’s really hard to pat ourselves on the back and just enjoy ‘now’ - but if we don’t then what even is this life ?

Plan the future - think about what will make your life purposeful and plan to do more of that in the future - use your present self to achieve this

What would the version of you today, want you to have done yesterday, to make the version of you tomorrow, happier….?

Health Fact of the Day - We are one of the only Westernised countries to still call Dementia, Dementia - everywhere else ? Type 3 Diabetes…

Stop insulin spiking your diet based on bu****it food claims from marketing organisations trying to sell you stuff !!

Want an example ? Eat grains (especially whole grain) ❌ - What’s the cheapest food we can make, and then make it look ‘healthy’ so we can sell it for the most profit….?
