I’m now teaching weekly Dru Yoga classes at Kyndfolk in the community room above the café in Gheluvelt Park.
These are gentle, accessible sessions designed to help you reset and feel a bit more like yourself again.
Think of these sessions as a simple pause in the week. Where you’re waking up a little earlier, moving your body gently and then stepping into the rest of your day feeling like you’ve already done something really good for yourself.
That spacious feeling of having the whole day ahead of you… and from there, everything feels more possible.
Class times:
Mondays: 8:00–8:45am (£5)
Thursdays: 8:00–9:00am (£7)
We already have a lovely, steady small group forming on Thursdays and there are still a few spaces available. Mondays are a quieter start to the week and a really nice way to ease in.
There is also a free car park by the café on Waterworks Road, so it’s easy to pop in and out without any stress.

It’s very much an open, local, community-style class. Simple, welcoming and easy to drop into, even if you haven’t done yoga before or haven’t moved your body in a while.
