This was a great way to spend a Wednesday!

Zoom and Google Meet are great but you can’t beat being together in person.

Last week we got most of our tutors together for one of our regular meeting days.

We discussed our courses, the materials, what’s working well, improvements we’re working on, how we can continue to support each other, student support and many other topics.

📢 UK women aged 40-60 - An NT student is currently doing a Master's research study exploring factors influencing anxiety during the menopausal transition, focusing on biopsychosocial and lifestyle factors — an under-researched but important topic affecting many women in midlife.

I’m listening to this book after two people recommended it. It’s brilliant for the depth and breadth of information on breathing. I restarted couch to 5K a few weeks ago. The first run each time was a struggle and I put it down to starting to fast (haha as I’m a tortoise!). Today I had to run for 8 minutes non stop and I used the techniques Nestor describes in the book and I felt so much better!

Do you suffer with Hayfever around this time of year?

Here are 5 tips to help you manage seasonal allergies naturally:

1. Source some local honey and take a spoonful a day in the couple of months leading up to and during your usual hay fever period

I've got exciting news to share. With thanks to the Atworth parish council and Atworth village hall I will be teaching 6 "Yoga in the Park" classes between June and August 2025.

These will be FREE for everyone.

Classes will be on Sundays 9.30am to 10.30am at Atworth recreation ground (in the village hall if it rains)

I'm really excited to be offering free classes to everyone, and see you on the mat, outside in the sun.
