Today is Youth Mental Health Awareness Day

We're highlighting Melo Onside - a new emotional wellbeing and mental health support service for children and young people in Worcestershire up to the age of 25

It's normal to feel sad and struggle with our mental health or feel worried or anxious about home, school or relationships.

At times like this it is good to have someone to talk to who really understands and can help.
