The satisfaction of helping someone hear.

I saw a lovely gentleman recently. He was housebound and had not been able to have his ears treated for approximately 3 years.

This large plug of wax was removed, even more went into my microsuction machine! He was very relieved and found the whole process so comfortable, he nearly fell asleep 😴
