Did you know.. your waters may not go until the very end of labour?

Contrary to popular belief, due to the dramatic view of birth we have been shown on the big screen, only 1 in 10 labours actually start with the waters going.

And even if they do go early on, they are rarely a massive gush of fluid.

The only thing you HAVE to legally do is register your babies birth. Everything else is a guideline.

I have officially been a Hypnobirthing Teacher a whole year and it has been a wonderful year indeed! I am now working with my 10th client and I can safely say I adore my job!

“I recently attended Holly’s Hypnobirthing classes after attending one of her taster sessions. My confidence in going into labour and the whole birthing process has massively improved and I love the fact that the sessions are 1-1 in her lovely home and birth partners are highly encouraged to be there and take part in the learning. POSITIVE BIRTH STORY

“I really enjoyed Holly’s relaxation course and thought it was very beneficial. This became even more apparent during labour.

I had an induction that almost ended up as an emergency C-section, but I managed to stay calm and go with the flow.

I am so pleased I had the skills to advocate for myself and know what my body wanted. I was very confident in asking my birth partner for support and not afraid of what people might think.

I had everyone in the room working for me, which is a phrase I remember Holly saying she did during her second birth experience. I really let my instincts and needs take over.

I have always been nervous about giving birth, but Holly helped me realise that regulating your body and staying calm can massively impact how successful your labour is.

Holly encouraged me to lean into my skill set and other mindful practices that I have used over the years. It made me realise I already had a lot of knowledge and transferable skills for delivery.“
